  •  3 large sweet onions
  •  2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  •  2 teaspoons ranch seasoning
  •  Ranch or marinara for dipping

1. Preheat Oven: 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Grease parchment paper for easy removal.


2. Slice Onions: 

Slice onions into very thin rounds, discarding outer skin. Aim for about 16 rounds.


3.Cheese Piles:

 Arrange 8 piles of the cheddar cheese on each cookie sheet.

4. Assemble Crisps:

 Press an onion round on top of each cheese pile then sprinkle with ranch seasoning.


5. Bake:

 Bake for 11-13 minutes, watching closely. Cook time will vary based on onion slice thickness.


6. Cooling:

Allow crisps to cool for 5-7 minutes before removing from the sheet.
